Delivery Areas
We’re based in Worksop and offer free local delivery within a five-mile radius. Beyond this, we apply a small fee to help cover fuel expenses. Our delivery areas span a variety of nearby towns and villages, bringing our services to communities including Worksop, where we’re proudly based, and nearby Anston and North Anston.
We also cover Blyth, Barlborough, and Barnby Moor, reaching customers in Bolsover, Carlton, Clowne, and Creswell. For those further afield, we regularly deliver to Clipstone, Clayworth, Cuckney, Church Warsop, and Market Warsop, as well as Dinnington, Eaton, Elkesley, and Edwinstowe.
Our coverage extends through Everton, Harworth, Killamarsh, Langold, Langwith, Markham Moor, East Markham, Oldcotes, Ollerton, and Retford, making it easy for customers across Rhodesia, Ranby, Ranskill, Shireoaks, and Shirebrook to access our services.
Additionally, we service areas such as Thoresby, Thorpe Salvin, Thurcroft, Tuxford, Welbeck, Whitwell, and Walesby, with delivery available even beyond these locations. If you don’t see your area listed, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Delivery Times.
Our delivery times start from 8am and We start collecting from 5pm if you are the first drop off you will be the first collection. Delivery and collection times and time slots are not guaranteed however We will always try Our best to accommodate please be aware during busy periods this is not always possible and your delivery and collection may be slightly earlier or later if you require a later collection please let us know when booking please note there may also be an additional charge for later collections. Also venue bookings will take priority because of the time slots that the venue is booked for.
Overnight & multiple day hires.
for overnight and multiple day hires you must have secure garden that has ideally a 6ft fence and a secure lockable gate.

Health & Safety
To us we prioritise Health & Safety above everything else. We are PIPA trained to the latest industry requirements and have completed our PIPA OPERATORS COURSE and follow (BS EN 14960) regarding all the latest rules, regulations & guidance for safe operation. Our inflatables are fully inspected and tested by PIPA every 12 months. brand new castles may come with the manufacturers test, this test also fully meets the Safety requirements of (EN 14960) . Our electrical equipment is also regularly PAT TESTED and we constantly monitor and inspect all of our equipment. Cleaning, all of our castles and products are cleaned before and after use. Bassetlaw Bounce ALSO HOLDS A 5 MILLION POUND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY.
Weather
Please note due to Heath and Safety Reasons we do not hire out Bouncy Castles or other inflatables for outside use in heavy rain conditions strong winds or wind gusts above ( 24 mph ) so please bare this in mind when booking and consider indoor hiring so that your booking will not be cancelled due to bad weather.
